Mark A. Giordano, Esquire has gained substantial expertise and experience in the areas of Asset Protection, Wealth Preservation, ERISA, Executive Compensation, and Fiduciary Investing Compliance while working at some of the most prestigious law, consulting and financial services firms in Manhattan and Northern New Jersey for the past 20 years.  Some of his career highlights include:

 

  • Counseling individuals on the protection of assets through domestic and offshore structures. 

  • Litigating fiduciary investment, ERISA and creditor/debtor matters in State and Federal courts. 

  • Counseling individuals to Fortune 100 clients in the design and operation of retirement and executive compensation plans. 

  • Providing investment manager due diligence to pension plans, union trusts, individual trusts, endowments and foundations. 

  • Drafting investment policy statements and providing fiduciary investment counseling to members of foundation, endowment and pension funds.

  • Lecturing nationwide to accountants, actuaries, attorneys, bankers, investment advisors and other financial professionals on the fiduciary investment requirements of ERISA.

  • Authoring retirement manuals and publications on a broad range of 401(k), pension and fiduciary investing topics.

  • Serving on the FACT (Finance, Accounting, Capital and Taxes) Committee of the New Jersey Healthcare Financial Management Association.

  • Serving as a special consulant to a major sports management firm representing top NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL talent.

  • Working at, and training employees of, major Wall Street financial firms.
